Designed for power users, the Cisco Desk Phone 9861 pairs a 5-inch colour display with built-in Bluetooth 5.2 and dual-band Wi-Fi, giving users the freedom to pair wireless headsets or set up a phone without running a fresh network cable. Ten programmable line keys and support for up to three DP-9800-KEM expansion modules make it suitable for anyone juggling several lines, such as executive assistants or team leads. Cisco’s AI audio processing works in both directions here, cleaning up background noise on outgoing calls and improving incoming caller audio too. Built-in ThousandEyes network monitoring gives IT visibility into call quality issues, and the phone runs the same PhoneOS software found across the whole 9800 Series.
