Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at sales@selectservice.co.uk. Please ensure that the purchase invoice number and a full explanation for the return are given. For physical damage, a photo must be sent together with a fault description.
All goods must be returned as supplied, including cables, power supplies, etc, and product boxes in perfect condition. To ensure secure transit, please pack equipment with sufficient padding.
Please email the tracking number to sales@selectservice.co.uk and retain the number for your records.
Once your item(s) have been received, verified, and tested, you will receive a replacement or a credit note.
