Hold, transfer, conference and call park all sit behind clearly labelled softkeys, and a genuinely good two-way speakerphone with wideband audio keeps calls sounding clear. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports mean it can sit between a PC and the network without needing a separate switch port.
