It supports Cisco’s AI-based background noise removal on outgoing audio for clearer calls in open-plan offices, and it’s the entry point in the 9800 lineup for Key Expansion Module support, accepting one DP-9800-KEM for extra programmable buttons. Running on PhoneOS, it works across Webex Calling, Unified Communications Manager, BroadWorks, and other SIP platforms without needing a different device for each. Dual Gigabit Ethernet, a USB-A port, and optional wall mounting round out a phone built for flexible, everyday business use.
