Designed as Yealink’s “Prime” business phone, the T54W suits managers and professionals handling a steady flow of calls each day. Its 4.3″ colour display tilts to whatever angle suits the desk and the light in the room, and 10 programmable line keys (expandable to 27 features across three pages) keep frequently used contacts and functions close at hand. Acoustic Shield technology filters out background noise so the person on the other end only hears you, and a hearing-aid-compatible handset means the phone works well for a wider range of users. Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 mean fewer cables on the desk, and with the optional DD10K dongle, the T54W can pair with up to four cordless DECT handsets for a genuine corded-cordless setup. For hybrid use with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or RingCentral, the optional BT51 dongle turns the T54W into a dual-mode SIP and USB device that connects directly to a PC over Bluetooth.
