The Avaya J189 is the flagship of the J100 range, built for power users who treat the phone as mission-critical. It pairs a large 5″ colour display with a second 2.3″ screen that doubles as a built-in expansion module, giving access to 96 programmable buttons without needing any add-on hardware. It handles up to 16 call appearances at once, has two USB ports (USB-A and USB-C) for headsets or charging, and supports up to two additional JEM24 expansion modules for anyone who still needs more line keys. An optional wireless module adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for a fully cable-free desk setup.
