Siemens / Unify Telephone Maintenance

Select Service engineers are fully trained installers of Siemens Telephone Systems. We are able to offer installation, decommission, relocation, equipment repairs, maintenance and system support.

Siemens / Unify is and has been a powerful, reliable communication platform for every area of industry for a number of years including Government, Police and NHS sectors.

We provide a repair service for Siemens ISDX system cards, Optiset, Optipoint and Openstage phones, DX Power Supply Units, Operator Consoles and Rectifiers.

We provide a system support and installation service. We will assign one of our highly skilled engineers to your business. Their aim is to get to know you, your business, your system and how you want to use it.

We provide a maintenance service for Siemens ISDX-L, Realitis DX, Hipath DXR, Hipath 3300, 3500, 3800, Unify X1, Unfiy X3, Unfiy X5, and Unify X8 systems.

We provide different levels of cover

Standard Cover: From Monday-Friday 0900-1800 Excluding bank holidays, remote response: 4 hours, On-site response: 8 hours

Advanced Cover: From Monday-Saturday 0900-1800 Excluding bank holidays, remote response: 2 hours, On-site response: 6 hours

Total Cover: 24/7, 365 days of the year, remote response: 2 hours, On-site response: 6 hours

We provide a decommission and relocation service, offering one fixed price for decommissioning your Siemens ISDX-L or Realitis DX phone system.
